HotWheelsSpain.com (El Mundo de los Mini Coches S.L.), is committed to providing an efficient, secure, and transparent shipping service to all our customers, both domestic and international. Below are our terms and conditions for preparation and delivery.

PREPARING ORDERS

All orders placed in our store will be processed within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation (except pre-orders). During this time, the order will be processed, the items will be quality-checked, and they will be packed and shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. In exceptional cases, such as special promotions, launches, or high demand, this timeframe may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

DELIVERY / TRANSIT TIMES

Delivery / Transit times vary depending on the courier service used and the recipient’s location. During the checkout process, customers can select from the available shipping options, each with their respective estimated delivery times and costs.

Please note that the delivery times indicated are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond El Mundo de los Mini Coches’s control, such as transport delays, weather conditions, local holidays, or customs controls.

We are not responsible for delays attributable to the courier company or circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking number so you can always check the status of your shipment.

We recommend checking the tracking periodically to stay informed of any updates or incidents during your package’s transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to most countries (except USA for the moment). For shipments outside the European Union, please note the following:

  • International orders may be subject to duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the laws of the destination country.
  • Any additional charges for customs clearance, taxes or local fees will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • HotWheelsSpain.com (El Mundo de los Mini Coches S.L.) has no control over these additional charges and cannot predict their amounts, as they depend on the customs regulations of each country.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for accurate information on potential additional costs before placing your order.

If the customer refuses an order due to these additional costs, the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount (if applicable).

INCORRECT or INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by errors in the address provided.

If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipment.
Orders will not be refunded if package is lost in transit or stolen due to errors in the address provided. NO EXCEPTIONS.

DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

HotWheelsSpain.com (El Mundo de los Mini Coches S.L.) is not responsible for delivery delays caused by reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters, social unrest, strikes, pandemics, logistical issues with the courier company, or any other force majeure.

However, we will do our best to keep you informed and find an appropriate solution at all times.
