What is the Build-A-Box  Program?

The Build-A-Box program allows you to store your orders for up to 60 calendar days, starting from the date you place your first order with this option activated. During this period, all items you purchase and check the Build-A-Box option at checkout will be stored in our warehouse, grouped in a personalized box with your name, securely and separately from other orders.

This service is especially useful for collectors who, for example, regularly purchase new releases but only want certain specific models and prefer to wait until they have accumulated more items for combined shipping. This way, you can avoid paying multiple shipping costs and manage your collection more conveniently.

How does it work?

1. Select/Check the Build-A-Box option at checkout:
   When placing your order, choose “Build-A-Box“ as your shipping method. This way, your items will be temporarily stored in our warehouse.
   
   
2. We’ll bundle your orders into a personalized box:
   All products you purchase with this option, including pre-order items, will be stored together in a unique box with your name on it, separated and organized to ensure everything is properly identified.
   
   
3. Pre-orders can also use Build-A-Box:
   If you buy a pre-order item with the Build-A-Box service, it will be added to your box along with the rest of your accumulated products, so you can receive everything together whenever you decide.
   
   
4. Shipping and handling:
   Once you have accumulated all the items you want or 60 calendar days have passed since your first order with Build-A-Box, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp to coordinate shipping.
   
   
5. Fast shipping and tracking:
   After your confirmation, we will process your shipment the next business day. We will also send you the tracking number so you can check the status of your order at any time.
   
   
6. Early bird shipping:
   If you need to receive your order before 60 days, simply contact us and we’ll arrange early bird shipping without any problems.

Important Conditions

• The storage period is 60 calendar days from the date of your first order placed using Build-A-Box.
  
  
• Items placed in Build-A-Box cannot be canceled once they have been added.
  
  
• The service is completely free, although if your total accumulated order amount is less than the minimum purchase for free shipping (€60.00), you will need to pay the corresponding shipping cost.
  
  
• This service is only available for shipments within Spain.
